Sodaslim Testing and Quality: What Is Published and What Is Not

Quick answer

We found no published third-party lab report for Sodaslim. The label itself is strong: all five amounts printed, no proprietary blend, cautions, and the distributor's name, address, phone and email. Missing: a lab certificate, the plant's name, the certifier behind the GMP badge and the exact caffeine total. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA: Q&A on dietary supplements).

Short answer

Is Sodaslim third-party tested?

We could not confirm it. The brand publishes no lab report, names no testing lab and shows no certificate a buyer can check.

That does not prove a problem. It means the proof is not public. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold, and the company is responsible for safety and for backing its claims (FDA: Q&A on dietary supplements). What a brand chooses to publish is the main thing a buyer can judge.

Sodaslim scores well on the label. It is weaker on outside proof that the capsule matches the label.

The record

What does the Sodaslim label publish, and what is missing?

The label publishes more than many weight products: every amount, the distributor and the cautions. The gaps are a lab report and the name of the plant that makes it.

Dose accuracy

Why does a lab check of the caffeine in Sodaslim matter?

Because caffeine is the one ingredient where a dosing error would be felt. Sodaslim uses caffeine anhydrous, a dry, concentrated caffeine powder, at 138 mg per capsule.

The FDA warns that bulk products made of pure or highly concentrated caffeine are a significant public health threat, linked to at least two U.S. deaths (FDA: Highly concentrated caffeine guidance). Sodaslim is not that kind of product. It is a pre-measured capsule, and the risk comes from scooping loose powder. Still, the accuracy of each capsule is what makes a pre-measured dose safe.

  • A lab report would confirm 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous per capsule.
  • It would also state the true total, which the label leaves out.
  • Small amounts from green tea and green coffee extracts are not itemized.

Our Sodaslim caffeine guide explains how to count that total against your coffee.

Brand badges

Do the Sodaslim badges prove quality?

They are brand graphics. Each note says what the badge shows and what it does not.

Brand images

Do Sodaslim's product photos show what is in the capsule?

No. Brand images are styled scenes, not lab photos. The bottle beside fruit, coffee beans and leaves hints at the plant sources, but the label is the only record of what is inside.

Some brand renders also misspell words on the label. Trust the printed bottle you receive, and compare it with our transcription.

The sales page goes further than its own label and disclaimer allow; we do not repeat its weight-loss and fat-burning claims (FTC: Health products compliance) (FTC: Gut check weight-loss claims). The FTC says health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, and no trial of Sodaslim itself has been published (FTC: Health products compliance).

FDA context

Why does testing matter for weight-loss supplements?

Because the FDA has found hundreds of weight-loss products sold as supplements that hid drugs, such as sibutramine, a withdrawn drug linked to heart attack and stroke (FDA: 6 tip-offs to rip-offs). The FTC repeats the warning (FTC: Truth behind weight-loss ads).

We have no evidence of anything like that in Sodaslim, and its label lists five common ingredients. The history is why published lab reports matter in this category. The FTC also warns of fake news sites and stolen logos in weight-loss ads (FTC: Truth behind weight-loss ads).

What to ask

How can you check Sodaslim's quality yourself?

Check the bottle first, then ask the brand for documents. Email [email protected], the address printed on the label.

  1. Check the seal

The label says not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Photograph any problem.

  2. Match the panel

Five ingredients: four at 130 mg and caffeine anhydrous at 138 mg, one capsule per serving.

  3. Ask for a lab report

Request a certificate of analysis from an outside lab for your lot, with the lab name and test date.

  4. Ask about the plant

Ask who makes the capsules and who audited the plant for GMP.

The Sodaslim batch verify page explains the lot and CoA codes. Where to buy Sodaslim covers the official sales page.

Our view

How does Sodaslim's quality record stack up overall?

Strong on the label, thin on proof. A buyer can see every amount, the distributor and the cautions. A buyer cannot see what a lab found.

FAQ

Sodaslim testing and quality FAQ

Is Sodaslim third-party tested?

We could not confirm any third-party testing of Sodaslim. The brand publishes no lab report, names no lab and shows no certificate a buyer can check. Ask the brand at [email protected] for an outside certificate of analysis for your lot.

Does the FDA check Sodaslim's quality before it is sold?

No. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold; companies are responsible for safety (FDA: Q&A on dietary supplements). Sodaslim's label carries the standard statement that the FDA has not evaluated its claims. A registered-facility badge is not approval of the product.

Is Sodaslim GMP certified?

The label says "GMP certified" and the brand shows a GMP badge, but neither names a certifier, audit or certificate number. Makers must follow good manufacturing practices by law (FDA: Q&A on dietary supplements). Ask the brand who made the capsules and who audited the plant.

Does Sodaslim contain hidden drugs like sibutramine?

We have no evidence that it does, and its label lists five common ingredients and a plant capsule. The FDA has found hidden sibutramine in hundreds of weight-loss products sold as supplements (FDA: 6 tip-offs to rip-offs), which is why a published lab report would add trust.

Can you see every Sodaslim ingredient amount on the label?

Yes. Sodaslim prints a separate amount for each of its five ingredients, totaling 658 mg per capsule, with no proprietary blend. A blend would show only a total weight (FDA labeling guide ch. IV). That openness is one of the label's real strengths, even without a lab report.

What do the Sodaslim lot and CoA numbers mean?

The seller's references are lot SOD-26/SO-1938 and CoA SOD-1938-26-SO. They are seller reference codes, not a lab report. Ask the brand for the certificate behind them, including the lab name and test date.
