Interactive label
What does the Sodaslim Supplement Facts panel say?
One capsule is one serving, and a bottle holds 30. Each numbered dot on the label opens a note.
Tap a number to see what that part of the label says.
- SodaSlim name
The front reads "Metabolic & Appetite Support*". The asterisk means the FDA has not evaluated the claim.
- Three front claims
Craving control and satiety, energy production from fat, healthy weight management. Each is a label claim, not a study result.
- Serving size
1 capsule, 30 servings: one bottle lasts 30 days.
- Green coffee bean extract 130 mg
50% chlorogenic acids, about 65 mg. Trials used 180-200 mg of extract a day.
- Raspberry ketone 130 mg
No human study has tested raspberry ketone alone, so its effect and safety at this dose are unknown.
- Garcinia extract 130 mg
50% HCA, about 65 mg. Trials used 1,000-2,800 mg of HCA a day.
- Caffeine anhydrous 138 mg
About one cup of brewed coffee. Healthy adults: up to 400 mg a day from all sources.
- Green tea extract 130 mg
About 98 mg catechins and 58 mg EGCG, under 4 mg caffeine. Trials used 141 mg of catechins and up.
- Contains caffeine
Hypromellose (vegetable capsule) is the only other ingredient. The label flags caffeine.
- Suggested use
Take one capsule daily. The label gives no time of day; mornings protect sleep.
- Caution
Not for under-18s or pregnant or nursing women. Ask a physician first if you take medication or have a condition.

Printed amounts
How much of each ingredient does one Sodaslim capsule list?
Five amounts add up to 658 mg per capsule. Each one is printed on its own line, with no proprietary blend.
| Label line | Per capsule | Active part, worked out | Per bottle |
|---|---|---|---|
| Green Coffee Bean Extract (50% chlorogenic acids) | 130 mg | About 65 mg chlorogenic acids | 3.9 g |
| Raspberry Ketone | 130 mg | Not standardized | 3.9 g |
| Garcinia Extract (50% HCA) | 130 mg | About 65 mg HCA | 3.9 g |
| Caffeine Anhydrous | 138 mg | 138 mg caffeine | 4.14 g |
| Green Tea Extract (75% catechins, 45% EGCG, <3% caffeine) | 130 mg | About 98 mg catechins, 58 mg EGCG | 3.9 g |
| Total | 658 mg | None | About 19.7 g |
What the double asterisk means
Every line ends with "** Daily Value (DV) not established." FDA rules use that mark for ingredients with no official daily amount (FDA labeling guide ch. IV). It says nothing about safety or whether a dose works.
What it does well
What does the Sodaslim label get right?
More than many weight-management labels. Every amount is printed, so each can be checked against research.
No proprietary blend
A blend shows only one total weight (FDA labeling guide ch. IV). Sodaslim gives all five amounts, plus the standardization of three extracts.
A named distributor
The FDA's rules require a label to name the company behind it (FDA: Q&A on dietary supplements). Sodaslim lists Gex Corporation LLP with a phone and email.
Full cautions
Age, pregnancy and medication warnings, a seal warning, storage below 86°F and "Contains Caffeine" are all on the bottle.
Gaps
What does the Sodaslim label not tell you?
Four things a careful buyer would want are not on the bottle.
Total caffeine
The label shows 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous and "<3% caffeine" for green tea, but no single total. Green coffee adds an amount the label never states.
A time of day
Directions say one capsule daily. The morning suggestion comes from the sales page, not the label. With a 5-hour half-life (StatPearls: Caffeine), timing matters for sleep.
A lab or certifier
The front says "GMP CERTIFIED" but names no certifier and no audit. No lab report or third-party test is referenced.
Any study of the formula
The claims carry asterisks and no references. No published trial has tested Sodaslim as a product.
Caffeine math
Why is total caffeine the most useful number missing from the Sodaslim label?
Because caffeine is what you need to add up across a whole day. For healthy adults, the FDA puts the usual daily ceiling at 400 mg (FDA: How much caffeine is too much).
From the label: 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous, under 4 mg from green tea extract, and an unstated amount from green coffee. That makes about 140 mg.
A 12-ounce brewed coffee holds 113 to 247 mg, according to the FDA (FDA: How much caffeine is too much). Count the capsule as one cup when you add up coffee, tea, soda and energy drinks.
The caffeine profile compares the capsule with common drinks.
Front of the bottle
What do the claims on the front of the Sodaslim bottle mean?
They are the brand's own words, and the FDA has not evaluated them. The front reads "Metabolic & Appetite Support*", "Supports Craving Control & Satiety*", "Promotes Energy Production From Fat*" and "Helps Support Healthy Weight Management*".
These are structure/function claims. The FDA does not approve them before sale, and the label must carry a disclaimer (FDA: Structure/function claims). Sodaslim's reads: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease."
"NON-GMO", "MADE IN USA" and "GMP CERTIFIED" also appear on the front. None names a certifier.

Fair verdict
Is the Sodaslim label complete, and what should you ask?
It is complete on amounts and cautions, and thin on proof.
What the label does well
- All five amounts printed, no blend
- Standardization for three extracts
- Distributor, phone and email printed
What it leaves out
- No total caffeine figure
- No certifier behind "GMP CERTIFIED"
- No lab report or study reference
Three questions to send the brand
- How much caffeine does the green coffee extract add per capsule?
- Who certifies the GMP claim, and when was the last audit?
- Can you send the lab report for the lot on my bottle?
Email [email protected] with your questions. To inspect the bottle itself, use the Sodaslim batch and bottle check.
FAQ
Sodaslim Supplement Facts FAQ
What does the Sodaslim Supplement Facts label list?
It lists a 1-capsule serving and 30 servings per bottle. Ingredients are green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract at 130 mg each, and caffeine anhydrous at 138 mg. Each line notes that the Daily Value is not established.
Does the Sodaslim label show total caffeine?
No. It prints 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous and says the green tea extract is under 3% caffeine, but gives no total. Green coffee adds an unstated amount. Our estimate is about 140 mg per capsule, roughly one cup of brewed coffee (FDA: How much caffeine is too much).
What does "Daily Value not established" mean on Sodaslim?
It means no official daily amount exists for that ingredient, so no percentage can be shown (FDA labeling guide ch. IV). All five Sodaslim ingredients carry the mark. It is a labeling rule and says nothing about whether a dose is safe or effective.
Who is listed on the Sodaslim label as the distributor?
The label says "Distributed for" Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, with phone +1 (507) 448-8190 and email [email protected]. It adds "Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients" but does not name the plant.
What does the caution on the Sodaslim label say?
It says not to exceed the recommended dose. It is not for anyone under 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Anyone taking a medication or with a medical condition should consult a physician first. Keep it from children, and do not use it if the seal is damaged or missing.
How should Sodaslim be stored?
The label says to store it in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F). Keep the cap closed and the bottle away from children. A bottle left in a hot car or mailbox for hours is worth mentioning to the order desk.
